Below is the campaign treasurer reporting calendar for 2024 candidates who file with the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections.
Campaign treasurer reports must be electronically filed through the Supervisor of Elections’ website using the C-Finance module no later than Midnight (Eastern Time) of the reporting due date as required by law or the reports are deemed filed late and are subject to the applicable penalties pursuant to Florida Statute 106.07.
Each candidate who withdraws his or her candidacy, becomes an unopposed candidate, or is eliminated as a candidate or elected to office shall, within 90 days, dispose of campaign funds in the campaign account and file a Termination Report (TR) with the Supervisor of Elections.
